Dani Marsh graduated from London College of Fashion with a first in BA (Hons) Fashion Illustration, a love for animation and plenty of enthusiasm for creating stories and characters. With a love drawing traditionally as well as digitally, she specialises in creating artwork focusing on quirky portraiture and exploring the human form. Using personal experience and aesthetics she likes to explore the relationships between ideas of ugliness and visual pleasure, asking the viewer to confront new ideas of beauty. Contrasting themes of melancholy and uneasiness against wistfulness and whimsy permeate her work, along with bright rich colour palettes.
She also sells hand painted vintage garments, using denim as a canvas.
